Duplomb Law: "The censorship of Article 2 is paradoxical," declares Laurent Duplomb, LR senator for Haute-Loire and author of this law.

The Constitutional Council ruled this Thursday, August 7, on the Duplomb law, and in particular on the conditional reintroduction of a banned pesticide. The institution decided to censor "the provisions authorizing exceptions to the ban on the use of plant protection products containing neonicotinoids."
